Beautiful Victorian conversion, 2 bedroom apartment with period features spread over the ground and lower ground floor. Attractive, bright and contemporary living room with Smart TV and period fireplace. Through to a bright and spacious kitchen diner, with fridge freezer, full sized oven and electric ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine with separate dryer. Down the stairs to the lower ground floor, where there are 2 good sized double bedrooms, both with Smart TVs, one has a king bed and the other with the option of king or twin beds. House bathroom with bath and shower over. There is also a useful storage room in the basement. The parking is on street with permits which we provide. Dogs are welcome (fees apply) but no cats.
